Break up slice of bread into bits. In a small bowl, use a fork to mash together the broken up bread bits and milk. Mash until well combined.
Combine the bread/milk mixture and the rest of the ingredients in a medium sized bowl and use mix the ingredients into the ground turkey (use your hands).
When all ingredients are well incorporated, form into 1/2 cup round patties. Set patties onto plate, press an indent in the middle of the patties with two fingers. Cover with plastic wrap and let sit in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Grill the patties! You can cook on on a skillet on the oven if you don't own a grill. Serve on a lightly toasted bun with mayo, lettuce, tomato, or whatever other condiments your heart desires!
