Pat chicken wings dry. Season all over with salt, garlic powder, and pepper.
Place chicken wings on wire rack on baking sheet Spray wire rack with cooking spray to avoid major wing sticking, and put aluminum foil under wire rack for easy cleanup.
Bake wings in oven for 40 minutes.
While wings bake, melt butter in small saucepan on stove on medium-high heat.
Add in honey, Sriracha, soy sauce, and garlic. Mix with a whisk and let come to a low boil.
Remove from heat and set aside.
Place wings in large bowl. Pour honey-Sriracha sauce over wings and toss to coat.
